We offer them a sense of community without having the burden of paying huge amounts of rent in a 1 bedroom apartment. Co-living eases housing pressure as it ensures each bedroom is being utilised as opposed to a house where only one person lives in a 3 or more bedroom house. Also, due to regular inspections and soft maintenance by Bayside Abodes we continue to be on top of any wear and tear for our Landlords peace of mind.
